There is a dynamic criminal examination in progress in Georgia in the Bobbi Kristina’scase. It fixates on conceivable unfairness and the target is her sweetheart Nick Gordon.

According to law enforcement officers, Bobbi Kristina had specific injuries that have provoked their advantage in the investigation. The nature of the injuries is still unknown, but sources tell that there’s a background of domestic violence between Bobbi Kristina and boyfriend Nick Gordon. Police are researching and looking into plausible fight prior to the discovery of Bobbi Kristina submerged in a bathtub.

According to reports, Max Lomas, the companion who found Bobbi Kristina in the tub, arrived at around 9 a.m. last Saturday. He says he hung out with Nick yet did not see Bobbi Kristina. He was told she was in the room. Nick strolled away and Max says he didn't give careful consideration to his whereabouts.

The cable guy came in at some point after 10 AM and Max let him, but Nick was nowhere to be found. The cable guy said he required access to the room so he could fix the cable. Max let him in and found Bobbi Kristina in the tub. He shouted and called Nick, who ran in and did CPR. Nick allegedly cleaned up the home after the incident and removed blood stains.

Police officers talked with both Max and Nick and they need to question Max once more, yet Max's attorney demanded immunity before he talked once more. We're told as of Friday morning Max hadn't gotten immunity or conversed with cops.

Sources say that Nick Gordon has also hired his own lawyer, but he could not be reached for comments or statement about the incident.
