Tequila Twitter page pregnancy gets a rewrite

IN a milestone moment in the history of social networking, Tila Tequila has withdrawn the announcement of her imminent pregnancy that she made on her Twitter page – blaming Twitter’s 140-character limit for her gaffe.

“I’m about to be (pregnant),” the reality star explained to Life & Style on Wednesday. “When I tweeted that, I figured there’s not enough space in the 140 characters.”What there wasn’t sufficient space to explain was that while Tequila plans to act as a surrogate for her brother and his wife, she has not yet been impregnated. The 28-year-old went on to tell Life & Style that she didn’t think she was ready for motherhood, but was ready to carry a child.

“I feel I am very ready to experience the whole pregnancy process,” she said, “but without having to actually have the baby as mine, my own to take care of.”
