Solenn Heusaff Faces Tax Evasion Charges

Solenn Heusaff currently faces tax evasion charges from Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) after allegedly failing to pay the exact amount of taxes from her 2011 earnings.

Based on the complaint filed by BIR with the  Department of Justice (DOJ), Heusaff earned P13.38 million in 2011, but she only declared P6.73 million earnings from her talent fee as an artist of GMA Network and Tape, Inc. and from her products endorsement with San Miguel Brewery, Inc., Ginebra San Miguel and Penshoppe.

According to BIR, Heusaff's total tax liability for the year 2011 was P3.6 million.
