Celebrities gathered for the 2010 Celebrity Fight Night last evening March 20, 2010 at JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort in Phoenix, Arizona. As usual, boxing legend and superstar Muhammad Ali was the special guest in the event participated by the entertainment superstars and athletes.
This year's event was participated in by celebrities like the newly crowned Pop Princess Charice, American Idol Judge Randy Jackson, and other celebrities like Danica Patrick, Walter Scott, Jr., Jerry Wentraub, Melissa Peterman, Sam Moore, Michael Johns and The Canadian Tenor just to name a few.
Muhammad Ali, who is dubbed as 'The Greatest Man of All Time' was the featured guest in last night's event. Ali represents the people with Parkinson's disease, the benefactors of Celebrity Fight Night Foundation. The event featured awarding ceremony, dinner with Ali, party, pictorial, meet and greet and live auction.
Car racer Danica Patrick received the Muhammad Ali Sports Achievement Award. Film Producer Jerry Wentraub got the Muhammad Ali Humanitarian Award. While Muhammad Ali Business Leadership Award was given to businessman and philanthropist Walter Scott, Jr.
Grammy-winning country music star Reba McEntire hosted the 16th Annual Celebrity Fight Night tonight while American Idol judge Randy Jackson introduced Muhammad Ali as the special guest.

Celebrity Fight Night is one of the world's elite organizations founded by Jimmy Walker for the people with Parkinson's disease. The foundation aims to gather fund to help everyone in the world suffering from Parkinson's disease especially in the Muhammad Ali Center.
