Janet Jackson's wardrobe malfunction is still a hot topic today because CBS is still trying to fight for the $550,000 fine levied against the TV network by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).

The incident happened in  February 1, 2004 at Houston, Texas during the Super Bowl XXXVIII whic was aired live by the CBS network. 

Janet Jackson's breast adorned with a silver nipple shield was exposed while dancing with Justin Timberlake. That wardrobe malfunction incedent became a talk of the town and subject of many television shows and reports. Photos/pictures and videos of the incedent have became viral over the internet.
