OPRAH Winfrey will feature two of the worlds youngest music superstars on The Oprah Winfrey Show on May 11. In line as the show's featured guests are Justin Bieber and Charice.
Justin and Charice have something in common. Both were YouTube sensations before they made their name in the international music industry.
Justin Bieber has already launched his own album entitled My World 2.0 which is now enjoying the number one spot in the US Billboard. He is set to have his own world concert tour next month. The Canadian singer was discovered on YouTube by Scooter Braun. He was then introduced to Usher who has been his mentor after having him sign-up for a recording contract at Island Records.
Charice on on the other hand will launch her self-titled US debut album with the carrier single Pyramid on May 11 at The Oprah Winfrey Show on the very same stage where she started making her name in the US music mainstream. Pyramid is currently ranks number four in US Billboard Dance Chart. This will be a post-birthday celebration by the newly crowned US Pop Princess since she will turn 18 on May 10.
Charice, despite being born and raised in the Philippines, has caught the attention of Ellen DeGeneres, Paul O'Grady and Oprah Winfrey through her YouTube performances covering the songs of Whitney Houston, Celine Dion and Beyonce. It was Oprah, now her mega fan, who introduced her to the multi-awarded music composer and producer David Foster. The rest happened just like a magic on this girl's career who gained the reputation of being Oprah's favorite.
